⏱️ What Is Time Availability?
When the Time Availability option is ON (enabled upon request by the Ubeya team), the platform uses the data submitted by employees through the app to determine who is available when you're scheduling or checking availability for events.
🔍 Filter by Availability
Once Time Availability is active, you can filter employees using 'Check availability with workers marked as available only'
This filter relies on the availability data your team submits, so you're always choosing the right people at the right time.
📲 What Can Employees Submit?
With Time Availability enabled, employees can:
Share their general permanent Availability
Set their Weekly Preferences
Not available - For personal tracking only; It is visible to the employer but does not need to be approved. This will not block you from being booked.
Prefer to work - For personal tracking only; It is visible to the employer but does not need to be approved. This will not block you from being booked.
Day off - Sends a formal request to the employer for approval (same as under My Requests)
Submit day-off Requests
These options appear directly in their app, making it easy to keep you updated.

View, approve, or decline pending submissions. You can also review the full history of requests you've already processed.Employee Profile
