I’m Not Associated with Any Employer - What Does That Mean?

Why you must be associated with an employer to receive job offers in Ubeya.

Updated this week

Ubeya is designed to help employers and staffing teams manage their temporary workforce - including posting shifts, scheduling workers, and communicating with staff through the app.

Because of this, job offers and shift opportunities are only shown to workers who are connected to an employer or staffing organization that uses Ubeya.

If you are not yet associated with an employer in the app, you won’t see any available shifts on your Offers page.

How to Check If You’re Associated with an Employer

To verify your association:

  1. Open the app and tap your name at the top of the screen.

  2. Look for your employer’s name under your profile.

  • If an employer appears → You are connected correctly and should be able to see offers that match your profile.

  • If no employer appears → You are not yet linked to any employer in the system, and that’s why you aren’t seeing job offers.

What You Can Do Next

  • Talk with the staffing agency or company you want to work for and ask them to invite you or complete your onboarding in Ubeya.

  • Once you are associated and fully onboarded, you’ll begin to see job offers and shift options that match your profile.

We wish you the best of luck in your search!
