If you're not currently working with a company that uses Ubeya, it's important to know that Ubeya does not provide job opportunities or connect employees with staffing agencies or employers.
You can only join a company on Ubeya after you have been hired or invited by an employer that uses the platform.
How do I join a company?
Once you've been hired, your employer will connect you to their Ubeya account in one of two ways:
They add you directly to their employee list, or
They provide you with a Company Code.
Already have a Company Code?
Follow these steps to join your company:
Open the Ubeya app.
Tap the ☰ Menu (top-left corner).
Select Join a Company.
Enter your full name and the Company Code provided by your employer.
Follow the prompts to complete the connection.
Don't have a Company Code?
Your employer or staffing agency can provide it.
Please contact your manager, recruiter, or coordinator directly to request your Company Code or ask them to add you to their employee list.
Accidentally joined the wrong company? Reach out to us at help@ubeya.com, and we'll help disconnect it from your Ubeya profile.
