If you previously saw a shift on your Schedule page in the Ubeya Crew App, but it’s no longer there, one of the following may have happened:
1. The Event Was Cancelled
Your employer may have cancelled or deleted the event connected to your shift. When an event is removed, all related shifts are automatically removed from workers’ schedules.
What to do:
Check your Notification Center for any recent updates. You can access it by tapping the ring bell icon in the top right corner of the app.
Look for a message about an event cancellation.
2. You Were Unbooked from the Shift
Due to staffing changes or scheduling adjustments, your employer may have removed you from the shift. If this happens, the shift will disappear from your schedule.
What to do:
Open your Notification Center.
Look for a message informing you that you were unassigned or removed from the shift.

If you’re unsure why the shift disappeared and don’t see any notifications, we recommend contacting your employer or manager directly for clarification. You can contact them through the Chat function located in the bottom right corner of the app. They will be able to confirm what happened and provide further details.
