Not Seeing Any Shifts on Your Offers Page?

If you’re not seeing any available shifts on your Offers page, there could be several reasons. Below are the most common ones:

1. The Available Shifts Don’t Match Your Profile

At Ubeya, you only see job offers that:

  • Are published by your employer

  • Match your assigned positions

  • Match your location

  • Meet your rating (if applicable)

  • Fit your employer’s preferences and requirements

If there are available shifts but they don’t match your profile or qualifications, they will not appear on your Offers page.


2. The Shifts Are Already Fully Booked

Sometimes a shift may have been available earlier but is no longer visible because it has already been filled.

In many cases, once a shift is fully booked, the employer may stop offering it to additional workers- so it may no longer appear on your Offers page.


3. You Are Not Associated with an Employer

In order to receive job offers, you must be properly associated with an employer in the app.

To check:

  1. Tap your name at the top of the app screen.

  2. Look for your employer’s name.

  • If you see your employer listed - you are properly associated.

  • If no employer appears - you are not yet associated with one, and you will not be able to see job offers.

Being connected to an employer is required to receive shift offers.

Still Not Seeing Offers?

If none of the reasons above apply to your situation, we recommend contacting your employer directly for clarification.

You can reach them using the Chat function located in the bottom right corner of the app.

They will be able to confirm your status and provide further assistance.
