Ubeya's recent updates are here!

Help Desk: New & Pending Ticket Badges

You can now see at a glance whether a Help Desk ticket still needs a first reply or is being handled, without relying on the unread indicator alone. Available to admins on accounts with the Help Desk module enabled.

  • First Response Signal: Every new ticket automatically gets a New badge, which stays until an admin sends the ticket’s first public reply. Opening or viewing the ticket does not clear it.

  • Manual Pending Status: From the ticket’s actions menu, admins can mark a ticket Pending while it’s waiting on something, like an employee response, an internal investigation, or third-party information. Marking a ticket Pending always replaces the New badge.

  • Clearing Pending: Admins clear Pending manually from the same menu (Unmark as pending), or it’s removed automatically when the ticket is closed.

  • Where They Show: Badges appear in the Open and Snoozed folders. They are hidden once a ticket is Resolved or Closed, and they never reappear on a ticket that already had a first reply, even if it’s reopened later.

  • Admin-Only: Badges are visible only to admins, in the Ticket List, an open ticket’s header, and an employee’s ticket history on their profile card.

  • Also on the Business App: The same New and Pending badges, and the Mark as pending / Unmark as pending action, are available to admins in the Business App’s Help Desk.

Where to find it: Help Desk → Ticket List.
On mobile: Business App → Help Desk.

Customize Columns and Get a Clear Summary on Print Participants

You can now choose which columns appear on the Print participants (Branded) export and see an accurate summary of shifts, participants, and positions at a glance.

  • New Optional Columns: Add Shift start → end time (the scheduled time, not actual clock in/out) and Position to the export from the column picker.

  • Employee Profile Field Columns: Add any employee profile field that is already marked Shared with Client as a column. Fields marked as Sensitive Data stay blank for admins without the Sensitive Data Access privilege.

  • Remembered Selection: Your column picks are remembered on this browser, so the next time you generate this export from the same device, your last selection is restored automatically.

  • Accurate Summary: The summary at the top of the export now shows the correct number of shifts and participants, matching your selected day filter on multi-day events, plus a breakdown of booked employees per position.

  • Default Access: On for all accounts, no setting to turn on. Just open the column picker the next time you generate this export.

  • Limitation: Applies only to the Print participants (Branded) export. The regular Print Participants export and the Export Participants CSV are unchanged.

See Everyone Unbooked for the Week, Right From the Board

In Group by employee view, a new Unbooked option lists everyone unbooked during the displayed week (or two weeks in Biweekly view), so you can review and act on it without leaving the board.

  • Full Details: Each row shows the unbook reason, who unbooked the employee, and any admin notes.

  • Act Directly: Mark an employee as sick, convert the unbooking to leave, or update the reason or notes from the list. The board updates right away.

  • Scope & Permissions: Covers weekly planner projects only, and uses the same permissions as the existing Unbooked tab, so no new privilege is needed. On for all accounts.

Please Note: Only unbookings for shifts created from the Scheduling Board (not related to an event) will appear.

Clear an Entire Weekly Planner in One Step

A new Clear weekly planner option lets you undo a loaded week in a single action, instead of deleting each planner separately.

  • New Option: Clear weekly planner sits right after Load weekly planner in the board’s menu.

  • Delete All or Pick Some: Delete all weekly planners is on by default. Turn it off to choose specific planners, each showing its booked vs. needed count.

  • Protected Planners: Planners that can’t be deleted, for example ones with timesheets or active orders, are greyed out with the reason shown.

  • Same Confirmation as Deleting an Event: Deleting uses the same confirmation flow as deleting an event, including notifying booked employees.

  • Default Access: On for all accounts. Requires the Delete events privilege. Without it, the option shows disabled with a tooltip.

Where to find it: Scheduling → Scheduling Board → Group by employee → three-dot menu → Clear weekly planner

See Area and Location on Shifts, Plus Clearer Board Filters

In Group by employee view, shift boxes now show the shift’s area and location, and the board’s filters are clearer and more complete.

  • Shift Details: Open and booked shift boxes now display the shift’s area (when one is set) and its location. The filter that used to be labeled Areas, but actually filtered by location, is now called Locations.

  • New Filter: A new Areas filter narrows the board by the shift’s actual area.

  • Full Option Lists: Board filters now list every option that exists in the branch, the same way the Calendar filters do, not only the options that have shifts in the selected week.

Where to find it: Scheduling → Scheduling Board → Group by employee

New “Contract Information Access” Admin Privilege

You can now control which admins can see employee contract information, including leave balances, leave entitlements, contract type, and compensation-related rules.

  • New Privilege: Contract Information Access sits under the Contracts category when editing an admin’s privileges.

  • What It Hides: Admins without this privilege won’t see contract-related information anywhere in the system, including employee profiles, employee tables, settings, reports, and related filters.

  • Default Access: Enabled by default for every existing admin, so nothing changes unless you explicitly remove it from an admin.

Where to find it: Settings → Admin Management → Privileges → Contracts → Contract Information Access
