Copy Attachments & Automatic Budget Copy for Event Duplication

When using the function of Copy An Event, you can now bring over its attachments and budget automatically, cutting down on manual re-entry for recurring events.

  • Copy Attachments Toggle: A new Copy Attachments toggle in the Copy Event flow lets you choose whether to copy the original event's attachments to the new one.

  • Automatic Budget Copy: Event budget is now copied to the new event automatically in the background - there's no toggle to turn this off.

  • Where to find it: Go to Scheduling → Event → Copy Event

Branch Tag Added to Help Desk Tickets

Help Desk tickets now display a branch tag, making it easier to spot and navigate to the right branch straight from the ticket view.

  • Position: The branch tag appears first, ahead of any other tags on the ticket.

  • Where to find it: Go to Help Desk → Tickets

See Every Leave Type on the Scheduling Board

If you're enjoying our new contract feature, the Scheduling Board (week view, grouped by employee) now shows every leave type, including new/custom leave types and leaves still pending approval, displayed the same way as existing leave types.

  • Full Visibility: All leave types appear on the board, not just the ones that existed before this update.

  • Leave Details Modal: Clicking any leave, in any status, opens a details modal showing the leave type, employee, status, and who approved it.

  • Booking Warning: Scheduling an employee who has an approved leave that day now shows a warning, for both open shifts and new shifts.

Where to find it: Scheduling → Scheduling Board

Bulk Actions on the Employees Page, Now in One Dropdown

The Employees page's bulk actions - Delete, Inactivate, Assign Positions, Assign Contracts- are now consolidated into a single dropdown menu, replacing the separate buttons.

  • Same Actions, Cleaner UI: All four actions are still available, just accessed from one dropdown.

  • Built for What's Next: This change lays the groundwork for additional bulk actions coming soon.

Where to find it: People → Employees

You can now send a notification to one specific employee directly from the Scheduling Board, instead of only being able to notify everyone at once.
