The Contracts feature in Ubeya helps organizations manage various contract types while ensuring compliance with country-specific rules. This feature supports payroll accuracy, holiday accrual tracking, and employee entitlements such as sick days. It expands beyond casual workers to include Minimum Guaranteed Hours (MGH), part-time, and permanent employees.

With this feature, you can:

  • Define contract types and entitlements

  • Automate holiday accrual and payments

  • Track sick days and day-off eligibility

  • Maintain historical records of contracts per fiscal year


Contract Types

Ubeya supports multiple contract types, each with unique rules for holiday accrual, payments, and requests.

  1. Casual

  2. Casual Accruing

  3. Minimum Guaranteed Hours

  4. Permanent


PTO

  • All contract types support sick day entitlements. Entitlements set at the contract level and can be adjusted per employee.

  • Employees can request sick days via the Crew App or added manually by the admin.
