Product Updates - May 2026

Written by Alona

From admin management to AI Insights, this month’s updates are designed to help teams work smarter and stay organized.

AI Insights: Charts, Exports, and Saved Reports

AI Insights now gives you more ways to visualize, save, and reuse your data.

What’s new:

  • Create visual reports using pie charts, bar charts, and line charts

  • Export charts directly to Excel (.xlsx)

  • Save charts to a new Saved Charts section under History

  • Reopen saved charts anytime without creating a new prompt

  • Saved charts refresh with the latest available data

This makes it easier to turn AI Insights into clear, reusable reports for your day-to-day workflows.

Delete Events Permission

A new Delete events permission is now available under Account Settings → Admin Management.

This gives accounts more control over who can delete events and helps reduce accidental deletions.

Admins who already had Perform scheduling actions enabled automatically received this permission as enabled as well.
This gives you more flexibility when managing different worker arrangements.

New Employment Types

Two new employment types are now available under Employee Profile → Employment Type:

  • Self-employed

  • Short-term

Recent Actions for Employee Profile Updates

The Recent Actions log now includes updates made by employees to their own profiles from the app or web.

Admins can now track actions such as:

  • Profile updates

  • Changes to profile fields

  • Uploading or removing documents

This provides better visibility into employee-driven profile changes and document updates.

Auto-Schedule

Auto-Schedule helps you quickly build the best team for your event by automatically assigning available and suitable workers to shifts.

Instead of manually filling each shift, Ubeya uses existing data such as Smart Ranking and Preferences & Availability to match workers to the right roles.

How it works:

  • Open an event and click Auto-Schedule

  • Review shifts that are missing workers

  • Click Fill selected shifts to assign employees automatically

Once completed, you can:

  • Save to keep the changes

  • Revert to return to the previous state

You can auto-schedule up to 15 positions at a time, and repeat the process until all shifts are filled.

This allows you to focus on reviewing and notifying employees, while Ubeya handles the scheduling.
