Scheduling Board: Weekly Planning & Recurring Shifts
Weekly Planners
You can now create and reuse structured weekly schedules.
Build a weekly plan directly in the Scheduling Board
Save and load planners for future use
Apply a saved planner to any week in one action
Weekly planners are organized by location and appear in the calendar as a visual timeline across the week.
Linked (Recurring) Shifts
Shifts created across multiple days are now automatically linked.
When editing a shift, you can choose whether changes apply:
Only to the selected shift
Or to all future linked shifts
This makes it easier to manage recurring schedules while keeping flexibility for individual adjustments.
Improved Shift Visibility
New visual indicators have been added to make scheduling clearer:
Icons highlight recurring (linked) shifts
Linked shifts are visually connected when hovered
Event-based shifts are marked and can be accessed directly
Design Improvements
Several design enhancements have been rolled out across the Scheduling Board to improve the overall experience, including:
Better visibility
Improved readability
Enhanced usability
These changes make schedules easier to scan and manage, especially in busy planning scenarios.
