We’re all about smart scheduling and helping you book the right workers in no time. Have you spotted the No-Show indicator yet? It shows each worker’s no-show rate- a super handy insight when you’re choosing who to assign.

You can mark an employee as a no-show when unbooking them from a shift. A pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to mark the employee as a no-show during the unbooking process. Alternatively, you can manually mark them as a no-show later from the Unbooked tab within the event.

Please note that the no-show icon will remain permanently on the employee’s profile. Hovering over the icon will display statistics showing how many shifts the employee has been marked as a no-show.
