We are excited to introduce two powerful additions that make event setup faster, clearer, and easier for your entire team.
Event Fields
Event Fields give you full control over the information captured for each event. You can create custom fields that match your workflow, decide which fields are visible only to admins and which can also be viewed by employees, and even choose to show fields only after an employee has been booked for the shift. Fields can be edited, reorganized or removed at any time. You can manage everything directly from Settings → Scheduling & Timesheet → Custom Event Fields. Project Templates
Project Templates let you build your ideal event structure once and use it again and again. Each template can include shifts, shift times, client details, locations, cost centers and any additional settings you normally configure during event creation. Templates are managed per branch, giving each team the flexibility to organize their own workflows while keeping things consistent. When creating a new event, simply select a template and all predefined details will load instantly. You can edit, duplicate or delete templates at any time from Account Settings → Scheduling & Timesheet → Project Templates. Read more over on the Project Templates article.
