Can’t make it to your scheduled shift but still want to pick up another one? No problem! With the Swap Shift option, you can easily trade shifts with your teammates.
Who can you swap with?
You’ll be able to swap with teammates who:
Work the same position as you
Have a shift in the same week
Even if the shift is at a different time or different location
How the swap works
Open the shift you’d like to swap.
Tap the Swap Shift button.
Choose the teammate and the shift you’d like to switch with.
Your teammate will get a request to approve.
Once they accept, the request goes to your employer for final approval.
After your employer approves, the swap is confirmed and your shifts will be switched!
