Efficient shift management is crucial for any successful business, and we're excited to introduce a new feature in Ubeya's order management system: direct shift time changes.

Now, both you and your clients can make and approve shift changes easily. This feature simplifies last-minute adjustments and future planning, saving time and boosting productivity for everyone involved. Dive in to see how this can enhance your workflow and improve collaboration.

  1. Creating an order

    • The client creates an order and send it to a supplier

  • The supplier receives the order and approves it. Up until now, it seems quite familiar.

2. Changing the order hours

  • The client, in their turn, receives the approved shift and decides to change it.

  • The revised hours will be shown on the order and await confirmation from the supplier.

3. Approve the changes

  • The supplier will receive a 'Change requested' prompt for approval.

  • The updated schedule is marked.

The supplier has three options:

  1. Approve the request without changing shift hours ( Click 'Update' and then 'No')

  2. Approve the request and change the shift hours (Click 'Update' and then 'Yes')

  3. Decline the request ('Decline')

  • The client receives the supplier approval.

Your order has been successfully modified and approved.

You and your team are all set to go !
