Automate your staffing process with Ubeya's hands-free staffing machine! This feature empowers you to seamlessly approve client orders and assign qualified workers without manual intervention.

This is how it goes:

  • Automatically approve staff orders from chosen clients

  • Automatically publish job and send availability check to qualified workers

  • Automatically book workers preferred by client to the job

  • Repeat

Here's how to set it up in two easy steps:

1. Enable Self-Service Mode for Preferred Clients:

Navigate to your CRM > Select the desired client from the list > Click on "Settings" > Locate the "Self service mode" option and toggle it to "active" (green tick) > Save your changes.

2. Automate Worker Booking:

Go to "Settings" > Click on "Scheduling & Timesheet" > Select the "Scheduling" (default view) tab > Scroll down to the "Booking" section > Find the "Self service mode" option and toggle it to "active" (green tick).

Once you've completed these steps, you're all set!

Ubeya's hands-free staffing machine will now automatically approve staffing orders from your chosen client and send availability checks to qualified workers, streamlining your workflow and saving you valuable time.
