Email notifications - Admins on the supplier side can receive email notifications when order-related changes require their attention. These emails include the relevant details and a direct link, so admins can review and approve changes more easily.
If an event booker is assigned to the event, they will be the only one receiving notifications related to the order. If no event booker is assigned, all relevant branch admins will receive the notification.
Client-initiated shift change notifications - Suppliers can receive an email notification when a client moves an employee to a shift that was not part of the original order. This helps supplier teams stay updated when client-side scheduling changes may affect staffing, transportation, logistics, or event operations.
When the notification New shift was created according to a client’s change shift is enabled, the supplier’s event booker will receive an email with the client name, the original shift details, the new shift details, and a direct link to the relevant shift or event.
This notification is turned off by default and can be enabled from Settings → My Admin settings → Admin Notifications → New shift was created according to a client's change shift
Booking fulfillment notifications - When a booking is fully completed by the supplier, relevant admins can receive an email notification automatically. This helps teams stay updated without manually checking the order status.
This notification is turned off by default. To start receiving these emails, enable it from Settings → My Admin settings → Admin Notifications.
Order - Every order is connected to one supplier only, if you would like to order from several suppliers you will need to create orders for each of them. One event can have multiple orders from different suppliers.
Event fulfillment - At the top of the event page there are 3 numbers, for example - 5/6/7. The meaning behind these numbers are that 5 are confirmed out of 6 booked, out of 7 needed. The number at the top summarize all of the workers from all shifts including the external workers.
Fulfillment status indicator
Next to the ordered indicator, a colored status dot shows the current fulfillment progress at a glance:
🔴 Red – zero fulfillment
🟠 Orange – partial fulfillment
🟢 Green – full fulfillment
Actual booking status
Order booking status reflects the actual number of employees booked on both sides, rather than only the number originally requested. This gives a more accurate view of real fulfillment progress.
External booking count
In the Event view, you can also see how many external employees have been booked out of the total number requested in the order.
