Manage supplier orders and notifications in the Order Hub

  • Email notifications - The admins from the supplier's side will be notified for any order created. They will receive an email with the details and a link to approve any changes in orders.
    In case an event booker is stated in the event, they will be the only one receiving notification regarding the order.
    In case there's no event booker stated - all the relevant branch admins will get any notification sent.

  • Order - Every order is connected to one supplier only, if you would like to order from several suppliers you will need to create orders for each of them. One event can have multiple orders from different suppliers.

  • Event fulfillment - At the top of the event page there are 3 numbers, for example - 5/6/7. The meaning behind these numbers are that 5 are confirmed out of 6 booked, out of 7 needed. The number at the top summarize all of the workers from all shifts including the external workers.
