Whenever you decide to leave a company for which you've worked, you can "Leave" and stop receiving notifications from it.
To deactivate your account from a particular company please follow these steps:
Open your employee app.
Tap on your profile photo at the top of the app.
Select the company from which you wish to remove yourself from.
Press the 'Leave company' option.
Please notice!
Once you leave a company on Ubeya, you will no longer be able to view any company information in the app or access past shift details.
However, your data will remain accessible to your employer within the Ubeya platform for legal purposes, as businesses may be required to retain employee records for a specific time period.
Permanent Deletion
Only your employer can permanently delete your information, as they are legally obligated to retain it. If you wish to request permanent deletion, you can contact your employer directly through the app by tapping the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to start a conversation.
Rest assured, Ubeya does not use, retain, or process your data for any purpose beyond platform functionality.
