Is it possible to notify only a group of select employees regarding a particular shift or event?

After you set up an event and its shifts, on the “Publish” and check availability screen, you can click on the 'Filter' icon to select who you wish to invite.

On this screen, you can filter your list of available employees based on profile fields and multiple actions like “Worked with client before”, “preferred by client” and a lot more

How Filtering Works

When applying filters, it’s important to know how the logic works:

  • Within the same field, filters use OR logic.
    For example, if you filter by Position and select both Barista and Bartender, the system will show anyone who is either a Barista OR a Bartender.

  • Across different fields, filters use AND logic.
    For instance, if you then add another filter like App Downloaded, the system will show users who are Barista OR Bartender AND have the app downloaded.

This combination allows for flexible, yet precise filtering to find exactly who you're looking for!
