When employees are deactivated, they can still access and view all the past information in the app, but they will no longer be able to apply for new shifts. However, if you choose to delete employees, they will no longer see the company in their app, and they will also lose access to any past shifts information.
Permanent Deletion
You can choose to permanently delete employees. Please note that this action cannot be restored and it deletes all of the employee's data (that you may legally need to obtain) from your account.
