When employees are deactivated, they will no longer see current or future available shifts. However, they can still access and view all the past information in the app.
If you choose to delete employees, they will no longer see the company in their app, and they will also lose access to any past shifts information.
Permanent Deletion
You can choose to permanently delete employees. Please note that this action cannot be restored and it deletes all of the employee's data (that you may legally need to obtain) from your account.
How can I deactivate or delete multiple employees at once?
To deactivate or delete multiple employees in bulk, follow these steps:
Go to the People > Employees module.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Edit.
Use the checkboxes to select the employees you want to update.
At the bottom of the page, choose either "Deactivate selected" or "Delete selected".
Confirm your action when prompted.
