To change the status of your employee, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Employee’ module (on the left side menu).

  2. Select the employee you wish to modify.

  3. Scroll down to the "Employee details" section.

  4. Simply tick the appropriate option based on your preference - Shift / Daily

  5. Make sure to save the changes that you made!

"Shift" employees can only clock-in during their scheduled shift times, while "Daily" employees have the flexibility to clock-in each day whenever they arrive at work. Unlike "Shift" employees, "Daily" employees do not need to be booked for specific events. The available work days for "Daily" employees will be displayed in their profile.
