The Autofill Hours feature is accessible through the Timesheet and Payroll modules.
When enabled, Autofill Hours automatically adds the relevant clock-in and clock-out times to a timesheet based on the assigned position for that shift or event.
In the Timesheet module, select the employee’s relevant shift or event that you want to autofill.
Click the three dots on the right side of the employee row and select “Autofill hours”.
Override Existing Time Reports - Enable this toggle to replace an employee’s reported hours with the updated time entries.
Hit Save and voilà! Clock-in and clock-out times are now filled and aligned with shift hours.
Note that you can also apply this action in bulk by clicking the three dots on the right side of the grouping line.
