After receiving an invitation email from your supplier asking you to create an Ubeya user, follow these steps to create orders:
Step 1: Log in to Your Ubeya Dashboard
After creating your account password and MFA, you will now be in your Ubeya account dashboard.
Step 2: Time to Create your Order
Click on the calendar icon on the menu bar in your left hand side.
Click the purple 'New Order' button in the upper right-hand side of the screen to create an order.
3. Complete all relevant details for your order.
4. Choose the supplier you would like to order from.
5. Build your shifts - add positions, shift hours, the number of external employees you need, and any additional notes.
6. Review everything and send the order to your supplier.
Step 3: Supplier actions
Your event's color will update automatically based on the supplier’s progress:
Grey - waiting for supplier approval
Red - order approved
Yellow - shifts are being filled
Green - all shifts are fully booked
