We’re excited to announce the release of our new "Edit Shifts" screen! This updated interface introduces several powerful features designed to improve your experience and give admins more control over shift management. The new screen is optimized for faster performance, enhanced customization, and better shift visibility, making it easier than ever to manage shifts efficiently.

Key Features of the New "Edit Shifts" Screen

Here’s a breakdown of the key improvements and new functionalities:

1. Performance Upgrades

The new "Edit Shifts" screen has been optimized for faster performance, allowing you to manage shifts more smoothly with fewer delays. Whether you're viewing shifts or making updates, the interface is now more responsive.

2. Column Filtering & Sorting

You now have the ability to filter and sort each column individually. This added flexibility means you can quickly find the information you need, without having to scroll through all your data. Easily sort shifts by any column and apply custom filters to focus on specific data points.

3. Pinning & Reordering Columns

You can now pin columns or change their order to tailor the view to your needs. Simply right-click on column headers to pin important columns in place, or drag and drop columns to reorder them. This makes it easier to organize your data and streamline your workflow.

4. "Group By" with Multiple Levels

With the new "Group By" functionality, you can now group shifts by as many levels of grouping as you wish. This allows for a more organized view of shifts, helping you better track staffing and shift distribution across different areas and roles.

5. New "Issues" Column

We’ve added a new "Issues" column to help you quickly identify problems with shifts. This column highlights discrepancies such as:

  • Mismatched hours or quantity when compared to the order.

  • Overbooked shifts, so you can easily spot potential scheduling conflicts.

This feature ensures you can quickly address any issues before they become bigger problems. In case there are no issues, the "Issues" column will not be visible, however, you may choose to toggle it on regardless to whether it's populated or not.

6. Customizable Columns

The new interface allows you to choose which columns to display, giving you full control over the data you see. You can hide columns that aren’t relevant to your workflow, allowing for a cleaner and more streamlined interface.

With these updates, managing shifts becomes faster, more intuitive, and more customizable. The new features give you more control over your shift data, allowing you to work more efficiently and avoid mistakes. Whether you're managing a large team or just need a better overview of shift distribution, the new "Edit Shifts" screen has been designed to meet your needs.
