A brand new chat is now LIVE!

(oh, and it's more than just a beautiful design)

Creating chat tags:

Defining chat tags through the system settings allows you to tag every new conversation, whether private or group.

Account managers (not branch managers, sorry...) can create and edit tags. But why? Essentially, for everything. You can use them for admins, status, captains - you name it!


We also have new filters for you! You can choose to view only conversations that are relevant for you:

  • Filter by tags (captains, in progress, questions, requests, internal, etc.)

  • Filter by branch

  • Filter by read and unread
