We’re introducing several improvements to the Scheduling Board, designed to make planning faster, clearer, and more flexible.
Weekly Planner
The new Weekly Planner feature allows you to manage, reuse, and apply structured weekly schedules with ease.
What you can do with Weekly Planners?
Create a workweek template from events built directly in the Scheduling Board.
Save and load Weekly Planners from the context menu.
Apply a saved Weekly Planner to any week with a single action.
How Weekly Planners work?
Weekly Planners are aggregated per location. All events created under the same location are grouped into a single planner.
In the Calendar view, Weekly Planners appear as a blue line spanning the week, providing clear visibility into shifts created via the Scheduling Board.
This helps you reuse structured weekly plans without needing to recreate shifts from scratch every time.
Linked / Recurring Shifts
Creating and managing recurring shifts is now more intuitive and flexible.
What’s changed?
Shifts created across multiple days are now automatically linked.
When editing a linked shift (for example, changing times or booking/ unbooking an employee), you’ll be prompted to choose whether the change should apply:
Only to the selected shift, or
To all future linked instances of that shift
This gives you full control to make one-off adjustments while keeping recurring schedules consistent.
New Icons for Better Clarity
We’ve added new visual indicators to help you understand and navigate shifts at a glance.
New visual indicators
A dedicated icon clearly marks recurring (linked) shifts. Hovering over a shift will also highlight all other shifts linked to it.
An additional icon identifies shifts created from the Calendar view (event-based shifts).
Clicking on an event-based shift takes you directly to the event page, allowing quick access to all relevant context.
Design Improvements
Several design enhancements have been rolled out across the Scheduling Board to improve the overall experience, including:
Better visibility
Improved readability
Enhanced usability
These changes make schedules easier to scan and manage, especially in busy planning scenarios.
Enjoy your scheduling!
