Why am I receiving a "Could not verify" error when attempting to log in to the Crew App?

You might be seeing the "Could not verify" error because you're not yet registered with an employer on the platform. To resolve this, your employer will need to add you to their account as an employee. Once added, you'll be able to access the app without any issues.
