If you received a notification that your payment failed - even though your credit card seems to be working normally - a temporary issue or unsupported card type may be preventing the transaction.
Follow the steps below to resolve common payment issues and update your billing details.
Step 1: Verify Common Payment Blockers
Unsupported Currency & Card Combination: American Express (AMEX) cards are not accepted for payments charged in British Pounds (£) or Israeli Shekels (ILS). If your account is billed in either of these currencies, you must switch to a Visa or Mastercard.
Insufficient Funds: Confirm that your card has enough available credit or funds to cover the renewal amount.
Bank Restrictions or Holds: Contact your bank or card issuer to ensure there are no regional limits, fraud prevention holds, or online transaction blocks affecting the charge.
Expired or Reissued Card: If your card recently expired or was replaced, your billing details must be updated manually.
Step 2: Update Your Credit Card Information
To replace your current card or enter fresh payment details:
Log in to your account.
Tap your Company Logo.
Select Billing.
Enter your new card details and save the changes.
Step 3: Request a Manual Payment Retry
If you have verified your details or updated your card and the payment is still not going through, contact the Ubeya Support Team. Let our team know you would like us to retry the payment, and we will review your account status and manually attempt the transaction.
