AI Insights introduces a new way to interact with your data. Instead of manually analyzing reports, you can now ask questions and receive immediate answers based on your real-time data.
This allows managers, planners, and operators to quickly understand what’s happening in their business and make informed decisions faster.

With chart visualizations, export capabilities, and saved charts, AI Insights becomes a more powerful way to analyze, track, and revisit important operational data over time.
You can generate different types of charts directly from your prompts, including:
Pie charts
Bar charts
Line charts
Export Reports to Excel
Charts and tables created in AI Insights include an export option, allowing you to download the report as an Excel file (.xlsx).
This makes it easy to share reports with your team, continue analyzing the data outside of Ubeya, or incorporate AI Insights reports into your existing workflows.
Save Charts
Charts can also be saved for future use.
Saved charts are added to the Saved Charts section under History, where you can reopen them later without sending the same prompt again.
When you reopen a saved chart, it is updated with the latest available data.
You can also start a new AI Insights conversation directly from a saved chart. The chart is automatically included as context, making it easier to continue your analysis, ask follow-up questions, and explore additional insights without starting from scratch.
To help users manage their saved reports more easily, the Saved Charts experience now provides clearer guidance on what saving a chart means and where saved charts can be found.
This allows teams to build a library of reusable reports and take another step toward creating dynamic, AI-powered dashboards within Ubeya
