Using Ubeya to schedule events is simple once you’re familiar with its features. While the platform defaults to creating consecutive multi-day events, you can easily tailor your schedule to include non-consecutive days, like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Here’s how you can achieve this:

  1. Create the Multi-Day Event
Start by creating a new event that spans the full range of days, including the ones you don’t need. For example, if your event is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, set the event to run from Monday to Friday.

  2. Edit Shifts to Match Your Schedule
Once the event is created, use Ubeya’s ‘Edit Shift’ functionality to remove shifts for the days you don’t need. This allows you to maintain a streamlined event without unnecessary dates cluttering the schedule.

Refer to the Tutorial for Guidance
If you’re new to editing shifts or want a step-by-step demonstration, check out the video tutorial. It walks you through the process and ensures you’re confident managing your events.

This approach gives you the flexibility to set up events for specific days without compromising the convenience of Ubeya’s multi-day event creation tool.
